We are currently looking for a CRM Specialist to be part of our young and energetic team and the next game-changer in our workforce!

In this role you will:

● Develop a comprehensive customer communication strategy for the CRM lifecycles;

● Plan, implement, and analyze site promotions and CRM campaigns;

● Test, monitor, and optimize offers by using multiple methodologies;

● Provide insights for CRM initiatives & business issues;

● Analyze the response rate and ROI to the campaigns;

● Work on all aspects of sportsbook and casino marketing with a particular focus on CRM campaigns creating the right promotion at the right time;

● Have ownership of planning Reactivation and Retention promotions;

This role is right for you if you:

● Have proven experience in a similar CRM role;

● Have an analytical mind & are great at influencing others;

● Are able to properly manage a budget;

● Are experienced in managing customer lifecycle campaigns and enhancing customer relationships;

● Are willing to manage multiple projects and ensure completion of all tasks;

● Are capable to interpret data and drive business conclusions;

● Are fluent in English;
